I noticed it once before but by restarting my phone (Note 10) it seemed to have disappeared, but after tonight's stream (usually go for 2-2.5 hours), there's a faint burn that I'm hoping might dissipate with some time; however, I'm canceling my subscription.

5. Like many others, I've also experienced a lot of connection issues and having to add a new device several times.

6. If you get a notification, your phone vibrates, you open your notification panel, you connect, or disconnect from a charger, almost any action causes a disconnect, requiring a restart.

7. Whenever my phone sleeps it disconnects from my computer and the buttons disappear and I have to rescan the QR code to reconnect.

8. Unless using all one brand across devices, there's always connection issues.

9. The real annoying part is when a notification or other pop shows up, it stops the connection and I'll have to reconnect with the QR.... over and over.

1. Fix Elgato Stream Deck Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Elgato Stream Deck: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Elgato Stream Deck App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Elgato Stream Deck" » Open Elgato Stream Deck Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Elgato Stream Deck » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Elgato Stream Deck Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Elgato Stream Deck servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Elgato Stream Deck Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Elgato Stream Deck app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Elgato Stream Deck might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Elgato Stream Deck. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Elgato Stream Deck then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Elgato Stream Deck not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Elgato Stream Deck be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Elgato Stream Deck not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Elgato Stream Deck may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
