Streams Customer Insights

1. For instance you cant even see tasks by category, which makes it incredibly hard to use! I was hoping to use this to switch from Meistertask, but can't 😕I just want access to my Tasks and Notes from the Zoho Mail app.

2. I would much rather see this implemented in Zoho mail like on web and desktop.Could be great but it's lacking so many features! It really needs a lot of work to bring it up to parity with the Web interface.

There's no button to Save date and time once selected instead when i click on enter in my keyboard (since there's no submit button) the app notifies me to add description (how am i supposed to add a description during date and time selection is beyond me.'To Me' always shows disconnected from the Internet.

4. Zoho is great...this app is not! I need it to receive important messages each day and even tho I will get a notification to say I have a message it very, very rarely allows me to see the message, it keeps saying there's no network when there is.

5. Tasks and Notes that I create from my phone show up on the desktop web app, but not the other way around.

6. But it's having lot of bugs.. contacts could not be synced, mention is not working, couldnot add new member, couldnot post a message.. I can give more stars if these are rectifiedNothing happens when i tap to add description.

7. For an individual, the only use is to see your tasks from email, which really should be in the email app.Great app, plz fix some bugs.

8. It is a good starting location for handling Tasks and Notes.

9. And nothing shows up under the Tasks or Notes sections of this mobile app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Streams Issues

1. Fix Streams Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Streams: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Streams App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Streams" » Open Streams for Zoho Mail » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Streams » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Streams for Zoho Mail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Streams servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Streams for Zoho Mail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Streams app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Streams might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Streams. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Streams then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Streams not working


2. Fix Streams Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Streams be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Streams not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Streams may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
