Still works on my tablet.I have digital cable this is for a cable ready system but I work around it by opening media center live tv and changing channels with the app.then activate the tv streaming and the picture is perfect even in the LD modePlease update for newer api levels? Force closes on 7.0, 7.1, and 7.1.1. Otherwise, super!.. Just not anymore.

2. This app only connect over local network I cannot connect to my pc remotely I bought this app & didn't get the function that I need and now it doesn't even work with my Android Oreo devicesNo longer works on Nexus 6p.

3. Tried contacting them several times and they have never replied.There are some lags and delay while playing games.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix AVStreamer Issues

1. Fix AVStreamer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart AVStreamer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the AVStreamer App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AVStreamer" » Open AVStreamer - Remote Desktop HD » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AVStreamer » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear AVStreamer - Remote Desktop HD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AVStreamer servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AVStreamer - Remote Desktop HD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check AVStreamer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AVStreamer might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall AVStreamer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AVStreamer then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AVStreamer not working


2. Fix AVStreamer Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AVStreamer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AVStreamer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AVStreamer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
