1. The Xfinity Mobile Voicemail app allows customers with a compatible device to listen and manage your voice messages.
2. You can play, share, delete, reply to and if available, view transcriptions of your voice messages.
3. In addition, you can also manage and record greetings.
1. Tapping Open takes you back to "Update the App" screen, an endless loop! UPDATE: the issue seems to have resolved itself and is now functional.Horrible app... never shows that I got a voicemail! Every call I miss I have to open the app to see if someone left a message, because I missed important messages and didn't know till it was too late.
2. Never got a return call from customer service or IT support.Does not receive voicemails unless I open the app and swipe down to load new messages.
3. What happened to the classic voice-mail that would notify me the second someone leaves a message? The voice-mail that I have to call into or hold down the number 1 on the keypad to access? Transcription doesn't work 99.9% of the time.
4. When I try to open the app, it takes me to a Google page that says there's a newer version in Google Play.
5. Was told to use Visual VM on my S22 for compatibility but that keeps telling me to call Xfinity every time I open it.
6. I have to open app or call to check messages every time.
7. Tapping "go to Google Play Store" takes you to the app listing where you have 2 options: Uninstall and Open.
8. However, like several people have experienced, the app stopped working, and you have to open the app and manually refresh to see the voicemail.
9. When I hit the open button it shows the Google page that says there's a newer version.
10. It doesn't automatically update when someone leaves a message so I don't ever know there is a message until I open the app.
11. You hit play and see the bar moving but don't hear anything! So I'm forced to call into the voicemail box to listen.
