1. Not sure how I could even call for tech support if there is no serviceApp was great until they made "improvements"... Now it just doesn't show any accurate information In reply to the Developer response: Ummm ... updating the App to the latest version is when the problems started so not sure how this is helpful.

2. Step up your service Xfinity or I'm going to have to go to another carrierHave installed the app but it has never been able to open... it always seems to be having trouble.

3. There is not an option for a printable bill.This is the worst service ever! You don't even have the ability to adjust the number of rings before a call goes to voicemail.

4. Recently...its nothing but a frustration...won't even load...so I cannot access my account to make changes or view data usage...between myself and my kids.

5. For example, I can go in and look at my account and it shows 0 calls and 0 messages for both phones on the account regardless of how many calls or messages that were actually made/sent.This app is ok.

6. Now it shows in the billing option for call records that there are more messages than what is being showed.

7. It shows there are 12 messages that have been sent/received but it actually only shows 9 numbers and on top of that the support keeps telling me there is nothing wrong and no issues.

8. Help only seems to be available if you want to spend money.The main features are okay (see the account, devices registered, billing information).

9. Sometimes the call stays connected but soundless, sometimes the call is dropped and shows NO SERVICE.

10. Previous providers I've used far excelled over xfinity mobile in these regards, and for a family situation I think it may be a deal-breaker.At first no issues...was great.

11. I should be able to call over wifi but apparently that setting is in the app which doesn't work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Xfinity Issues

1. Fix Xfinity Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Xfinity: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Xfinity App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Xfinity" » Open Xfinity Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Xfinity » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Xfinity Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Xfinity servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Xfinity Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Xfinity app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Xfinity might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Xfinity. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Xfinity then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Xfinity not working


2. Fix Xfinity Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Xfinity be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Xfinity not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Xfinity may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
