1. I gave 5 stars for the ease of use and the personal attention to resolve my freezing issue.Works good and super easy set up.. 6/m, 9/3m or 40/12m in Canada, beats our service providers rates at 60/y.. Would be nice if I could somehow transfer my blacklist from another app over though.

2. Very nice app! Basic and easy to use! At first, the app was freezing (Samsung S9+) after using the search feature but after reporting the problem, technical services quickly assisted and were able to correct the problem after sending me an update.

3. So I never really got to try it out, but obviously didnt work for me because it kept saying I have no voicemailsWon't allow me to activate, tried 3 different codes this post sent via text and each one was denied by th app advising me the codes were incorrect.

8. I have an Samsung s10+ with Koodo.This is by far the best Visual Voicemail app & service.! Yes it did take a couple of attempts setting it up, but it definitely is worth it it.

9. ThanksScam! Immediately after installing this voicemail app I receve a pop up message telling me my subscription has expired and that I can renew it for $5.99 a month or $49.99 a year.

1. Fix World Voicemail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart World Voicemail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the World Voicemail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "World Voicemail" » Open World Voicemail » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for World Voicemail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear World Voicemail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from World Voicemail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "World Voicemail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check World Voicemail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, World Voicemail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall World Voicemail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall World Voicemail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing World Voicemail not working

2. Fix World Voicemail Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make World Voicemail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to World Voicemail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, World Voicemail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
