1. I keep getting that there's a problem with my phone number when I try to switch text alerts but no way to check what the problem is.App keeps closing when trying to open.

2. If you keep the app running and go to email to get the code, then toggle back to the already open app, it sets you back to the beginning where you enter your username name again.

3. The worst part is that to reset your password (if you're on a phone) is that you CANNOT toggle back and forth between the email they send to get the reset passcode and the email they send.

1. Fix CenterWell Pharmacy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CenterWell Pharmacy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CenterWell Pharmacy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CenterWell Pharmacy" » Open CenterWell Pharmacy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CenterWell Pharmacy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CenterWell Pharmacy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CenterWell Pharmacy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CenterWell Pharmacy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CenterWell Pharmacy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CenterWell Pharmacy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CenterWell Pharmacy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CenterWell Pharmacy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CenterWell Pharmacy not working

2. Fix CenterWell Pharmacy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CenterWell Pharmacy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CenterWell Pharmacy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CenterWell Pharmacy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
