1. I keep getting that there's a problem with my phone number when I try to switch text alerts but no way to check what the problem is.App keeps closing when trying to open.
2. If you keep the app running and go to email to get the code, then toggle back to the already open app, it sets you back to the beginning where you enter your username name again.
3. The worst part is that to reset your password (if you're on a phone) is that you CANNOT toggle back and forth between the email they send to get the reset passcode and the email they send.
4. The font is too big for my phone.. My only other "issue?" Might be that there are no pictures of the items in the OTC catalog, and there are a couple of times that would have been helpful.This app has a lot to offer and makes life easier for me.
5. Trying every week and still once putting in code and new password after changing it several times, it doesn't work.
6. It's best to purchase whatever is in your cart before you go to research a product that doesn't have a good description and/or picture.
7. Also, when responding to certain order problem notifications, it redirects to areas unrelated to the problem.
8. It was very easy to use, but I did have trouble getting out of the welcome screen(like several others!) and had to open the app on my tablet just to get in.
9. Very frustrating.Quick and easy way to order my OTC items each month.
10. And when I am trying to reset it the app always tells me I can't reuse the same password.
11. I tried to get my password but the 2-step authentication is a circus.
