1. Sigh.Easy to use! So far the customer service has been always helpful!! Fingers crossed is going to stay this way!!The photos they print! Excellent! Super satisfied!!!20 euros for a phone cover and after 2 weeks it's already ruined with the paint coming out, especially from the edges.

2. This way I could have saved all the pics in a folder within my Google account to later find them within your app's selection phase.Great app! The fact that the photos get delivered directly to your door, it's amazing! Saves SO MUCH time running around to print centres.

4. It was for Valentines day, a week is passed and I'm still waiting (nothing received from the shop), they continue to answer "we are doing verifications" to my call and email instead of refund me the 15 euros for the inconvenience.

1. Fix Photosi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photosi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photosi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photosi" » Open Photosi - Photobooks & Prints » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photosi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photosi - Photobooks & Prints app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photosi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photosi - Photobooks & Prints" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photosi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photosi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photosi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photosi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photosi not working

2. Fix Photosi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photosi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photosi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photosi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
