1. Please consider changing this...I love the simplicity of this app and prefer it massively to other similar apps, but having recently changed phones I have discovered that the export feature does not work on my Huawei P20 Pro (new phone is same model but dual SIM).

2. Unfortunately, arguably one of the most important features (to export notes to .txt file format) doesn't actually work.

3. If you added extra features that are available when people donate, I'm sure you would get more donations that way and also if you can, add other ways to donate.To Export: Long-press Note title in list, 'share', tap to bring up the share options drawer, 'Drive', ‘save’.

4. Sorry for the guy who has 1000 notes and wants to reset his phone, but if they are all so important to you then that should take you less than 2 hours ;-)I use this app all the time.

5. I have literally spent hours trying find where these notes are on my phone.

6. This means that if you want to export notes made in this app, a separate app would be needed to copy and paste the text into individually.

7. When you're going through that much effort, just get a better app.Great, works as intended and no anoying ads!!! Only one small issue, if you press back to exit, the menu gives an option to cancel.

11. U can't select multiple notes, you have to do this for each note one at a time.

1. Fix Notepad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Notepad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Notepad App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Notepad" » Open Notepad » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Notepad » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Notepad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Notepad servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Notepad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Notepad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Notepad might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Notepad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Notepad then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Notepad not working

2. Fix Notepad Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Notepad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Notepad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Notepad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
