Why should I report an Issue with LIVE by CF?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. They took my hard earned points and said that it would send me an email of my redeemed egift card but it never did.Horrible, impossible to redeem gift card from my employer, app says to click on email link, link brings to google play to download app, nothing else, never could get my gift card.

2. This is a great start to a great app and the only reason it's not 5 stars is because the stores inventory guide isnt what it has potential to be!Shameful advertising app for CF's anchor tennants disguised as an app to give you directions to where a store is in their malls.

3. Can't even find a phone # under contact for the Nespresso store- All it has is a map of the mall (which is closed for lockdown, so thanks, very helpful...NOT). Trying to arrange curb-side pickup (which they do) and this app is totally useless.

4. "Step 1: download app, step 2: click on Canada United tile and enter info" only problem is there was no Canada United tile to click on.... Don't like being lied to.

5. I'd just he wary of CF malls in general now... especially their crooked smart phone apps.I downloaded this app as I've been a long term CF insider member.

6. Also.. be wary of using kiosks in CF malls... they fail to disclose that they capture photos of your body and face.

7. And I have to give it 1 star just to post? Running Samsung S22 ultra.This is such a good app! I love the map feature especially! My only wish is that you add more stores and their inventory.

8. CF Eat Cntr pages on 3 mobile browsers also don't work to find optical.

1. Fix LIVE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LIVE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LIVE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LIVE" » Open LIVE by CF » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LIVE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LIVE by CF app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LIVE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LIVE by CF" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LIVE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LIVE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LIVE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LIVE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LIVE not working

2. Fix LIVE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LIVE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LIVE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LIVE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
