1. The only thing it does is shows you a price trend which is incorrect for all the items I checked some say they can't ship to my country and others say £25 shipping when it's £2.50p. Any information on the helper app you can find on the original aliexpress app without issue.

2. Thank you.very useful app in telling which seller you can trust and tracking package info on AliExpressIt is good and useful app but there are some problems... The price that is shown on the screen (when you open the app) is incorrect, you have to click on the item and open price section only then will it show the correct price.

3. It shows price drops but the price is higher than before.Checking the price tracking function against my Ali express purchase history, it bears no relation to any real price trends of any of the items I've bought.

4. I believe it would be better to include the hidden fee such as shipping fee inside the app to let user have a better experience.Unusable. Gives the wrong prices and reports price drops of over 100% when there has been no price drop.

5. It may look nice to find item at a cheaper price but when i click almost half of the shipping fee was not included.

8. For example a watch selling $20 on aliexpress, with ali helper I found it was selling at $19, when click in further I found out shipping fee $1.75. $19 + $1.75 = $20.75 which is more expansive when I first found in aliexpress.

1. Fix AiHelper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AiHelper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AiHelper App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AiHelper" » Open AiHelper: Sales and Parcels » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AiHelper » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AiHelper: Sales and Parcels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AiHelper servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AiHelper: Sales and Parcels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AiHelper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AiHelper might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AiHelper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AiHelper then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AiHelper not working

2. Fix AiHelper Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AiHelper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AiHelper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AiHelper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
