myPill Customer Insights

1. None of my problems get resolved as my emails are ignored.Good if you can pay for the premium version, the free version however lacks so many features (especially for me as a mini pill user over combo) that it is basically unusable as it can't properly track my symptoms or even my pill properly since it will only allow a 21 day pack with a 7 day break and not the 28 day pack I use.

2. I would like to see some basic features return to the free version. The only issue I had with the app previously was that it didn't cope with a time zone change (it used to always give a first pill notification a day too early and had to be adjusted), otherwise it was very reliable.

3. used to love the app, now just super disappointed that it can't perform and I'm constantly resetting the reminder timesI have used this app and it's premium version for years and have never had a problem, until I got my Samsung s22+ ultra, and now the only point of the app (the alarm) does not work.

4. When on the placebo week, if i opened the app to check the date for my new pack (imagine i checked on tuesday and starting date was saturday), the next day the start date would change to wednesday! And in the history all dates were shifted (all start dates were wednesdays)! That error is unnacceptable in this type of apps.

5. All the other apps I have tried (whilst this was unavailable for some time) have failed to send a reminder when the phone has been switched off/ time zone changed/ at random.

6. Just had to bite the bullet and pay to upgrade to use for mini pill (no breaks) but 100% worth it for an app that has been so reliable for many years. This app is great, but seriously flawed.

7. The android version of this app is extremely basic in comparison to the Apple version, and countless times I have had problems with not being able to sign in, or create a new account.

8. This year, i switched to Android and found out i couldn't log the time anymore, is a premium feature on Android.

9. Please fix these issues for Android users!!!Used the app for a year and was very happy with it, the time-tracking feature is very useful! But uninstalling it because of a VERY important problem.

10. I missed my pill twice already and there is really no point in keeping the app.I love this app and it's a very good idea.

11. the whole point of this is to be able to remind someone to take a pill.
