1. Is there any way for the developer to make this app more reliable? After all the money we pay for hearing aids, you'd think we could get reliable phone apps.My app was working perfectly, until one hearing aid had a problem and went in for repair.

2. Good service.We are trialing new hearing aids, the machines work well but the app does not seem to have any interest in backwards compatibility.

3. I have paid over £3000 for these hearing aids on the understanding that I can connect them to my phone, either the app is faulty or the hearing aid are faulty, either way totally unsatisfactory.

1. Restart Bernafon EasyControl-A: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bernafon EasyControl-A App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bernafon EasyControl-A" » Open Bernafon EasyControl-A » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bernafon EasyControl-A » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bernafon EasyControl-A app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bernafon EasyControl-A servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bernafon EasyControl-A" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bernafon EasyControl-A app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bernafon EasyControl-A might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bernafon EasyControl-A. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bernafon EasyControl-A then reinstall.
