1. This ap is a total waste of time.I have a P30 , andriod OS ver 10, cant get the phone to pick up the device, how can i get the devices syned? I have installed and uninstalled the app multiple times, reset Bluetooth on and off, reset the watch, multiple permutations of the above.

2. Useless on my phone.Using a Z7 watch, I'm able to pair it to my old (retired) Samsung Galaxy 3 (Android 4.4.2) but I cannot get it to pair with my LG G7 (Android 8.0.0), which is my daily phone, so I was able to set the correct time but I'm unable to use any functions between phone and watch.

3. I used it last year with no issues but now the time is not correct and I can't fix it because it won't sync to the app.I cannot sync my watch with my phone.

4. And it's not the phone it's Definitely the app and watch Bluetooth system.for the past weeks trying to synch the watch with my fone but failing.

5. I'd be happy to run beta/debug software to help get this fixed; feel free to contact me!I have a cheaper but better health watch witch does not disconnect as this one does.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BitHealth HR Pro Issues

1. Fix BitHealth HR Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BitHealth HR Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BitHealth HR Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BitHealth HR Pro" » Open BitHealth HR Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BitHealth HR Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BitHealth HR Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BitHealth HR Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BitHealth HR Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BitHealth HR Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BitHealth HR Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BitHealth HR Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BitHealth HR Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BitHealth HR Pro not working


2. Fix BitHealth HR Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BitHealth HR Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BitHealth HR Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BitHealth HR Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
