I deny to use Bharatpe and I strongly recommend not to use Bharatpe to everyone.Very very disappointed with the service, I have received the QR code and it is not working, following message showing on Phonepe and other app "not able to verify the QR code" Also in the Bharatpe app it is showing you are on waitlisted, I am communicating with customer care from 3 days, also i have uploaded the error video on link which was provided by customer care executive, but still problem is not resolved, support mail ID is also not availableThey are the worst.

3. Now it makes me to confirm with owner whenever customer does the payment.The app doesn't give option to close account and tells that our account is safe with them.

4. The phonepe and Google pay you can track transactions in very simple wayOnce you start using the app and if you want to delete the your account and data then they will never allow you to delete your account.

5. All other payment apps allow you to close account but not bharatpe.

6. I have submitted all the required documents, but till now I have been on a waiting list for 72 working hours, and their customer service is the worst.

8. Please noticeNeed update most of the time the app was very slow, there is big problem in tracking month on month and custom date collection and total transactions count if you wants to cout take a calculator and add one by one to know the total amount.

9. You cannot withdraw money from app and asks you to keep 10k in account thought I don't want it.

10. Though i have submitted all the relevant documents for opening new account but my account can't get verified.

1. Fix BharatPe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BharatPe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BharatPe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BharatPe" » Open BharatPe for Business » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BharatPe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BharatPe for Business app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BharatPe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BharatPe for Business" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BharatPe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BharatPe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BharatPe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BharatPe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BharatPe not working

2. Fix BharatPe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BharatPe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BharatPe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BharatPe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
