Why should I report an Issue with JotPad - Write Rich Notes, Jot?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Arjan Aswal to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

But, if you are using portrait only and don't need to have images it will probably work well.it might be a good text editor in other ways, but the "title couldn't be empty" feature is just so frustrating for me, I'm sorry but it makes impossible a quick exit from the app and note autosave, and it's just sooo frustrating, and for no reason.

2. For the most part smooth to write on and formatting is easy to apply, but there's a persistent bug where it'll hide the teardrop shaped icon, so makes it impossible to drag your place in the text, restarting the phone is the only way to fix it.

3. u know like in ms office, I think that would be quick and reduce the no of taps --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Add ways to add quick color to some part of text, atleast three different colors.

4. Just one tiny hiccup though, when I change text color it doesn't stay that way, the moment I make another paragraph line the text color returns to white.

5. There are also lots of options too... Just sad about the adds and all but honestly no complains.it's the best text editor I've ever downloaded! it's minimalistic and really easy to use.

6. Edit: a decent note appIt only saves in plain text (with formatting automatically removed) unless you buy it.

7. Just one last request can you make the app to take the last text color automatically, and only get to change when we hold it.

8. So I had to selec all text and turn into color I want, over and over and over ... I hope this will be solve in up coming updates.

9. But as for text editing, I wish they'd add a feature to centralize lines of texts, instead of having to centralize them myself manually.

10. There's also no way to reliably export your writing as it only has three options: 1 is useless, the other 2 strip formatting, more options in the future would be nice.

1. Fix JotPad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart JotPad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the JotPad App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JotPad" » Open JotPad - Write Rich Notes, Jot » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JotPad » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear JotPad - Write Rich Notes, Jot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JotPad servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JotPad - Write Rich Notes, Jot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check JotPad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JotPad might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall JotPad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JotPad then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JotPad not working

2. Fix JotPad Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JotPad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JotPad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JotPad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
