1. Other than what I've seen some others said, there are really only two things that bother me: 1) When writing words at the end of the line, it cuts the word rather than go to next line if that makes sense.

2. Being able to bold, italicize, and create bullet points would be very helpful.The idea is great, but the app itself is very jittery, like when typing, the letters don't appear as they're being typed, instead there's a delay that is obviously a software flaw rather than an intended design.

3. This would help with planning and writing no matter where I am, and i feel would also combat the couple seconds delay when entering or exiting a folder.

4. Currently, the only other suggestion I'd have is to allow text formatting in both the templates and story mode.

5. It works in the textbox, but not for episodes or the table.Just not long ago downloaded and already loving it! The only thing I dearly miss is an offline feature.

6. It took forever to load and when it did it wouldn't show all my folders and it completely got rid of the one character I managed to finish before my computer died.

7. Also like the word and character count as it helps me know if I need to add more or less to each part of my story.

10. Clicking anything, you have to wait for the app to respond, and it makes it feel low in quality.The only writing app that has helped me.

1. Fix FolderStory Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FolderStory: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FolderStory App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FolderStory" » Open FolderStory - Write novel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FolderStory » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FolderStory - Write novel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FolderStory servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FolderStory - Write novel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FolderStory app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FolderStory might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FolderStory. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FolderStory then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FolderStory not working

2. Fix FolderStory Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FolderStory be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FolderStory not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FolderStory may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
