1. I miss the colour design app where you could add colours to photos to see how it would look in "real life".Where is your colour design app? It was an amazing app but I can't find it anymore on the app store.

1. Restart Jotun Colourpin: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jotun Colourpin App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jotun Colourpin" » Open Jotun Colourpin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jotun Colourpin » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jotun Colourpin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jotun Colourpin servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jotun Colourpin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
