Why should I report an Issue with Writer Pro: Journal & Notebook?

1. By the time I'd put in two notes I had an add so big I could only see one note.Wow this is so so slow! Good otherwise, but a snail moves faster! Why? Come on does it need an upgrade or what? I'm a writer and this is frustrating, I may as well be doing it by hand, I'd get more work done! Jeez developers, you need to do something, or a lot of people are just going to uninstall, including me!... Have a nice day now!Not great!! I had this app on another phone.

2. It's cool letting you add pictures to define or clarify stories, but that they are random isn't good.Not Sure I guess it might be usefull but I was being sold on the Chapters graphic and it took me a few minutes to workout they are notebooks.

3. This one (unless I have missed something) is probably good if you had the premium version but the version here is just wrong and useless & has stolen nearly a hour of my life.An overall good app with one huge deal killer.

4. Otherwise really good app.Can't delete a notebook or change the name, slow at showing what I type and I don't like how the font is.

5. What is the use of writing 6 paragraphs by voice dictation it's a writer needs to go through his work and capitalize every sentence.

6. So you end up not being able to see what you're typing and have to stop and scroll down.After reading the comments, I 'liked several positive comments so downloaded.

8. It's up to you, really.I really liked the set-up of the app: How you can sort your works into folders, and that the word count is in a very visible spot.

1. Fix Writer Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Writer Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Writer Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Writer Pro" » Open Writer Pro: Journal & Notebook » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Writer Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Writer Pro: Journal & Notebook app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Writer Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Writer Pro: Journal & Notebook" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Writer Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Writer Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Writer Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Writer Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Writer Pro not working

2. Fix Writer Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Writer Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Writer Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Writer Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
