Why should I report an Issue with Insta360 ONE X - Simple, snapp?

1. The video player is entirely useless as you can't watch the videos in 360 degrees which is the whole purpose of the camera.

2. Heats up my phone and then I press a back button... Really, just over worked my phone for no reason, multiple times!!! If you're not going to fix the exporting time, please at least take the back button off!!!!!!!!!! Now!!!!As useless as it gets for editing anything but very short clips.

3. Good luck scrolling through 10 minutes video... View editor requires moving the phone around.

1. Fix Insta360 ONE X Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Insta360 ONE X: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Insta360 ONE X App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Insta360 ONE X" » Open Insta360 ONE X - Simple, snapp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Insta360 ONE X » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Insta360 ONE X - Simple, snapp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Insta360 ONE X servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Insta360 ONE X - Simple, snapp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Insta360 ONE X app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Insta360 ONE X might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Insta360 ONE X. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Insta360 ONE X then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Insta360 ONE X not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Insta360 ONE X be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Insta360 ONE X not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Insta360 ONE X may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
