1. Need an update for some Android phone, Swann software do not work and getting msg saying swann not responding.It no longer works, it says it has a bug.. No surprise really seems as it hasn't been updated since 2016!Not updated since 2016 and no longer working with the latest android version.

2. there definitely should be a FFWD button on there to skip through footage.. makes it extremely hard to find footage when you dont know what time it happended at!! must i sit here for 24hrs and view every second of it to find the footage? or skip through it and potentially go past what im looking for.

1. Fix SwannOne Link Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SwannOne Link: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SwannOne Link App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SwannOne Link" » Open SwannOne Link » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SwannOne Link » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SwannOne Link app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SwannOne Link servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SwannOne Link" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
