Why should I report an Issue with Insta360 ONE - Simple, snappy 360 photos&video?

I know the adapter is good because it was shown that Insta360 looking for gps sinyal on the phone screen but somehow it didn't pass the shooting display screen.Waste of precious time.. finally get one video to process successfully and view it anywhere other than your phone, the quality is absolute garbage.

2. You must update the software to the camera in the app or it will work poorly or not at all.The up date is in the settings go to about insta360 and click on the software number.

1. Fix Insta360 ONE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Insta360 ONE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Insta360 ONE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Insta360 ONE" » Open Insta360 ONE - Simple, snappy 360 photos&video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Insta360 ONE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Insta360 ONE - Simple, snappy 360 photos&video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Insta360 ONE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Insta360 ONE - Simple, snappy 360 photos&video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Insta360 ONE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Insta360 ONE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Insta360 ONE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Insta360 ONE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Insta360 ONE not working

2. Fix Insta360 ONE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Insta360 ONE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Insta360 ONE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Insta360 ONE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
