Why should I report an Issue with DroneVR+ FPV for DJI Drones?

1. Maybe change it to two or three full flight (most flights don't go more than 8 minutes or so any way) then end the trial, Otherwise I like it and would like to rate it better BUUUTTTT!!!It works with my Mavic Air and Samsung Galaxy S10 after the first attempt with the OTG cable.

2. If you could get it working perfectly with Gear VR I'd like $50 because I fly my drone all the time.Just purchased - Overall not bad on my Mini SE! Two things that immediately stand out as needing improvement: * Yaw mode is not permitted in the gimbal settings.

3. VR mode works great with the Tello and Samsung Gear VR! You can freely change the interpupillary distance (IPD) to get a clear image without seeing double.

4. I have a Mavic mini and a $10 pair of VR goggles from Walmart for being able to move my head and it moves the gimbal and having the ability to resize the field of view I am very happy with it.

5. Trial mode didn't show the video from the drone properly so I risked it and payed to unlock my drone and video started working nicely.

6. Regardless if you know what you're expecting it's worth $10Purchased for the mavic pro on my s20 note ultra, first use is great, a lot of good features, but thats where it stops.

8. The biggest to name a few are the inability to adjust image scale and position while inserted in goggles, no Samsung VR support which has a frigging remote control.

9. * In non-split mode (i.e. full screen) we should be able to scale the view in both the X and Y axis to allow best fit to the screen.

1. Fix DroneVR+ FPV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DroneVR+ FPV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DroneVR+ FPV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DroneVR+ FPV" » Open DroneVR+ FPV for DJI Drones » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DroneVR+ FPV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DroneVR+ FPV for DJI Drones app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DroneVR+ FPV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DroneVR+ FPV for DJI Drones" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DroneVR+ FPV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DroneVR+ FPV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DroneVR+ FPV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DroneVR+ FPV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DroneVR+ FPV not working

2. Fix DroneVR+ FPV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DroneVR+ FPV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DroneVR+ FPV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DroneVR+ FPV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
