5. After this terrible embarrasment and inconvenience I tried to get a refund or replacement from 2 branches who refused without a receipt, and advised me to contact the app.

6. I then open the app, painstakingly fill all details, switch to another app to quickly copy something and coming back had all my details emptied out! It does not retain state.

7. There is enough development in the android app space to make future versions compatible with previous versions.

8. I hope the development team can resolve the issue at the earliest.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Club Apparel" » Open Club Apparel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Club Apparel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Club Apparel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Club Apparel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Club Apparel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Club Apparel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Club Apparel might not work.
