1. Pathetic customer serviceHorrible company & poor quality products... Very poor pplication interface! Its more than 6 months of purchase but I could not register my TV till date! 4. I also tried calling customer service number but it says "we are unable to answer your call at this time." I tried calling the number daily Monday to Friday between 9am to 9pm no same automated voice recording I get to hear.

5. Downloaded this app with purpose to raise complaints over tv issue... In order to raise we need to download the app, but irony is app is also not functioning, so i have to raise the issue of non working app then if they fix it will be able to raise tv issue.. sigh ...😠😡 Dont ruin the reputation of blaupunkt.. work on resolving issuesI have got my tv registered through backend support.

6. One of the worst customer service every I have seen, I have logged so many service requests back in September 2020 for my TV, but I haven't got a single call back on that request.

1. Restart BLAUPUNKT TV Care: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BLAUPUNKT TV Care App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BLAUPUNKT TV Care" » Open BLAUPUNKT TV Care » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BLAUPUNKT TV Care » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BLAUPUNKT TV Care app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BLAUPUNKT TV Care servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BLAUPUNKT TV Care" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BLAUPUNKT TV Care app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BLAUPUNKT TV Care might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BLAUPUNKT TV Care. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BLAUPUNKT TV Care then reinstall.
