I tried reaching out to support many times with proof and screen recordings of when my app malfunctions and my email gets queued or either i get the same automated response telling me to clear the app data or uninstall the app.I've been using this app over the course of a few months, and I loved it! There were a few small annoyances, such as getting more spam text messages and having my phone's screen randomly turn on in my backpack or while charging, but they were manageable.

3. it would be nice if some things can be done by just going to a website and browsing or joining a site without downloading.This app look promising but ever since I got the message that I exhausted the available videos for the day and kept getting the same message for 10 days now even more I emailed support and they just kept sending me automated messages that told me to clear data nothing worked and now they're not even any mailing me back.

4. The charge screen worked a few times and now hasn't worked in nearly a week, (there is no options for turning the charge screen on/off now either) and I am making sure I am watching a few ads each time I charge my phone.

5. I live in the US, I'm not using a VPN, and I have 1 account that's only on my primary phone.Adds on lock screen not too invasive; don't particularly like how I constantly (accidentally) hit an add & it brings up a page in my web browser.
