This so called update is like most updates, or software, when they first come out they work great once the so called updates start, the apps ect no longer work properly or just fail altogether.This app just stop showing the car location its frustrating please fix it Its been a stressful journey with this app I send multiple emails about problems on the app and i get no response Please can you fix it its getting frustrating What is the point of having this app if you can not see the trips you took with the vehicle.

2. Absolutely pathetic service that Mix Telematics cannot even respond to emails or fix this problem!Okay.. so I wake up and tried to view my cars on the app.. I don't see my cars anymore.. I've called and all I keep getting from Matrix is delete and reinstall.. I've done that countless times and still faced with the same issue.

3. There goes a selling point if this isnt fixed.I personally asked them not to call when the installed tracking unit goes off because there is no way I'll disconnect it without speaking to them, they told me they cannot respond without checking with the 2 numbers registered.

4. Maybe one needs to rethink matrix/mixtelematics🤔...why were we not informed of any pending changes? I've uninstalled and reinstalled but still!!!I'm having the same issue most have after the update, unable to login.

5. The previous version was much better and convenient, the new update is annoying frustrating and does not work.

6. I will be asked to contact the call centre and nobody will answer.Recently the app is practically dormant... I can't access anything nor can I reset credentials because it's wiped all my previous log in details.

7. Pls rectify asap! A more recent app upgrade now shows the map but all my vehicles show "location unknown", using google chrome browser all locations are shown.

8. I noticed that street view is no longer available with the app, pls rectify this.5 starts for the previous app, this update deseves less.

9. When it comes to paying them there's no delay bit when it comes to providing a service which was paid for they fail to supply... I tlrate this app 0 🌟'sMy app stopped working.

10. The contact number on the "assist" button on the app home screen is also useless as the customer service number is "no longer in service".

1. Fix Matrix Internet Tracking Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Matrix Internet Tracking: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Matrix Internet Tracking App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Matrix Internet Tracking" » Open Matrix Internet Tracking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Matrix Internet Tracking » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Matrix Internet Tracking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Matrix Internet Tracking servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Matrix Internet Tracking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Matrix Internet Tracking app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Matrix Internet Tracking might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Matrix Internet Tracking. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Matrix Internet Tracking then reinstall.
