1. Using Samsung S22 ultra, can't update payment information, account information.
2. Leverages the fact that it's a phone so very nicely, but there seem to be other digital infrastructure issues the prevent it being 100% effective every time.
3. About a month ago, I sent an online request for technical support for several issues with this app, including: Home page says Good morning (etc.) to my late husband's first name.

8. However, every time I click on "Bill payment" or "manage my policy", it gets stuck into a never ending load that goes nowhere.
9. I give it a 9.4 for function and design, but a 7.9 for execution and internal support (that is, within the organization itself.)Triptik doesn't navigate on Google maps.
10. We have been AAA members for decades, largely because of the great tools for touring, but probably won't renew given loss of the great Tourbooks.Very helpful when it works right.
11. But it installs something called AAA Drive that TRACKS YOUR DRIVING HABITS! They say it's so you can get a discount on their insurance, but I don't want their insurance.
