1. Using Samsung S22 ultra, can't update payment information, account information.

2. Leverages the fact that it's a phone so very nicely, but there seem to be other digital infrastructure issues the prevent it being 100% effective every time.

3. About a month ago, I sent an online request for technical support for several issues with this app, including: Home page says Good morning (etc.) to my late husband's first name.

4. Last suggestion I'd have is to be able add time lengths for stops along my route while using Triptik.

5. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Ultra Note 20 5G phone, fully updated.Quickly disappointed.

6. Also one improvement they can make is to add an option of 'I was hands free'.We have been using AAA Drive for a couple of weeks.

7. Until they fix this, I'm disabling location on the app.Every time I want to book a hotel room there are problems at the payment page.

8. However, every time I click on "Bill payment" or "manage my policy", it gets stuck into a never ending load that goes nowhere.

9. I give it a 9.4 for function and design, but a 7.9 for execution and internal support (that is, within the organization itself.)Triptik doesn't navigate on Google maps.

10. We have been AAA members for decades, largely because of the great tools for touring, but probably won't renew given loss of the great Tourbooks.Very helpful when it works right.

11. But it installs something called AAA Drive that TRACKS YOUR DRIVING HABITS! They say it's so you can get a discount on their insurance, but I don't want their insurance.

1. Fix AAA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AAA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AAA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AAA" » Open AAA Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AAA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AAA Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AAA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AAA Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AAA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AAA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AAA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AAA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AAA not working

2. Fix AAA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AAA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AAA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AAA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
