1. They just kept telling me to find another phone to install the app on, which shouldn't be priority! And no emergency number to ring to notify lost/stolen sim, again, really dangerousAnything after the 4G data you bought is basically useless, you can't even get into their app to purchase data in urban area, no connection at certain mtr station...Always crashes for no reason, have trouble connecting, not the most stable mobile service I've experienced.

2. I've endured it for a long time as the mobile plan is so good.The phone service is good.

3. You need to put the details every single time.Birdie Mobile is good, especially Data P2P.

4. I hope that the "old version" that is already installed on my mobile can function, and never force users to update, because updating is NOT always possible.The app is fine, you can pay bills on it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Birdie Issues

1. Fix Birdie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Birdie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Birdie App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Birdie" » Open Birdie Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Birdie » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Birdie Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Birdie servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Birdie Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Birdie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Birdie might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Birdie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Birdie then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Birdie not working


2. Fix Birdie Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Birdie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Birdie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Birdie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I am currently using the mobile phone number, 7075-8693.
    However, whenever i try to register on the any website and very my phone number, it comes out that this phone number is not verified. Why is this keep happening? I cannot even use uber, tao bao and other websites because this phone number is not existing.. can you solve this problem? or can i change my mobile phone number?

  • I will move back to Korea permanently. So I would like to terminate the Birdie Mobile Service on 20th May, 2022. Currently, I made the monthly payment $120 by autopay.
