Whenever my child tries to log in they have to enter their password and they forgot it, and then when they tried to press "Forgot password?" it said invalid Email, so I went to reset it myself, but it said "An unknown error has occured." I know that's not just because it said incorrect Email when my child tried resetting, cause other people have had it happen, too.

3. But besides that it works fineThis is such a quick and easy way to access the parent profile! I've always had to search it up on google and my internet can be quite slow but this is just an amazing app! It's completely the same as the web version and password reset emails come in seconds! I'm very impressed with this app and I want to say a huge thank you for finally releasing thisI appreciate the fast response from the developer along with their suggestions on workarounds.
