1. Customer service is also slow to respond.I was very excited for this app because of the rewards to add more time for the kid, but the App limit does not work for Disney and Amazon Prime and the daily limit does not work for some apps as well.Customer Support Very Slow.
2. the issue im having is that my desktop shows the discounted price at $63.99...but my phone app price shows the price at $79.99.Customer service has been slow to respond.
3. Now that I was given instructions on how to cancel AFTER I was charged, the subscription will not immediately cancel and is insisting on charging me for a full year for a product that I can't even get installed on my child's phone.
4. When I started subscription the functions all said they were in beta mode telling me the functionality may or may not work properly, not very comforting when you spend money on something to be told it may not work properly.
5. Their support is not helping and among the worst I've dealt.Update:The new version is just Bugs! I allowed Device Settings but yet it is asking for Kidslox Pin in the lock or child mode both.
6. When it locks the device , I can't unlock it using the device itself, it is saying you entered the code more than 3 times wrong and should wait 5 mins, while I didn't enter the code at all.
7. im trying to purchase the lifetime premium offer i just recently received because my 1 Year Subscription expired.
8. The app will go into lock mode and won't let you connect to wifi to unlock it if you haven't already automatically connected to that wifi.
9. The app started locking my kids phone when they were away from me, making it difficult for them to use apps like WhatsApp.
10. Third time having problem suddenly can't show any monitoring record from my son's phone.
11. My son ipad just stopped reacting to instruction to Unlock from my phone.

I cancelled my subscription and deleted the app like 4 years ago, but my daughters Phone still requires my approval to download apps
