Why should I report an Issue with Animal Jam?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of WildWorks to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. BUT they charge me (or try to charge me) after that one month is over!! You try and cancel a membership, and guess what, you can't!!! (Or at least I've never found a way to!! Their website with all the settings is 0 help!)I love the new update, as an artist the layers, blur and transparency and new color coordination are amazing! But, there's a glitch that's been brought with it, I can't use the Masterpiece game for more than 2 minutes without crashing, getting blackscreened and then booted to my homescreen.

PLEASE figure this out!!!Again, amazing game, absolutely love it, but recently there's been another bad bug, me and MANY others have been unable to play the game, we get a "your connection is unstable, this can cause problems when playing animal jam" message, everyone recieving these warnings have stable internet, I felt at first it could be about the eagles, but I dont have them, it's just an overall problem.

Other than that, perfect game.Always an amazing game, but, the animation glitch is annoying sometimes, BUT, I have found a work around for now, first do the animation you wish, let it glitch, then use a different animation, then try using the one you wanted to, it has worked almost every time for me, but I think alot of jammers will be extremely happy when the glitch is fixed.

5. I sent these to the creators and they said they'll fix it but it's been 3 weeks and it still isn't fixed.Amazing game, love it even.

6. But this game has still been a big part of my childhood, and I'm glad theres still a remnant of it.It used to be a good game, but now you need to pay to get a good experience out of it.

1. Fix Animal Jam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Animal Jam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Animal Jam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Animal Jam" » Open Animal Jam » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Animal Jam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Animal Jam app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Animal Jam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Animal Jam" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Animal Jam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Animal Jam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Animal Jam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Animal Jam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Animal Jam not working

2. Fix Animal Jam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Animal Jam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Animal Jam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Animal Jam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
