Yall need a better app designer!The app has gotten way better it still needs to get rid of the ads and the app is a little slow but it's much better than it was at launchWhy is it filled with spam? I had higher hopes because Rue is a good and ethical company with more reasonable prices than other mall stores, and I'll still shop there, but I don't think I can keep the app.Why are there pop up ads on a clothing site? And it isn't even an app.

2. It literally just opens the website, not user friendly at all.There is no save list (wish list or whatever you want to call it) and it's really laggy and buggy.It's so slow, nd when I press on certain Jean's it pulls up a whole other pair of Jean's that I dont want.

3. The only issue other than all the annoying pop ups is that its supposed to be an app and apps are supposed to be easy access by being able to create a shortcut on your phones home screen and this "app" does not do that.

4. So annoying.Seems to buffer a lot and its difficult to get from one item to the next.it started off great, but the next day it was glitching and it took soo long to load.

5. edit: it seems the app has gotten better i originally rated 2 stars.So cluttered I'm unintalling 3 min after I installed this app.

1. Fix Rue. 21 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rue. 21: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rue. 21 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rue. 21" » Open Rue. 21 - Buy smart, live better » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rue. 21 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rue. 21 - Buy smart, live better app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rue. 21 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rue. 21 - Buy smart, live better" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rue. 21 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rue. 21 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rue. 21. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rue. 21 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rue. 21 not working

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rue. 21 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
