1. Great job, keep it up!The idea is great, amazing and i think it could work really well as a global platform....BUT for now: -Prices are ridiculously high...90$ for 10GB data....i currently have unlimited data for a third of that price on most if not all uk providers and i'd also get 20GB roaming worlwide on a monthly basis.

2. Before my iPhone got stolen there were a few occasions where I had no data due to being on the beach & Dent saved me for sureThe background music on the You tube video is very distracting and very annoying.

3. First time using dent but couldn't get anything out of the video due to the background music.

4. And it's not only me, my wife's phone the same issue at the same time! Update: Actually now for one month it works perfectly, hopefully it was fixed.There is no posibility to delete account in application.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DENT Issues

1. Fix DENT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DENT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DENT App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DENT" » Open DENT: eSIM Phone Internet » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DENT » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DENT: eSIM Phone Internet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DENT servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DENT: eSIM Phone Internet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DENT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DENT might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DENT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DENT then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DENT not working


2. Fix DENT Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DENT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DENT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DENT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
