SBB Customer Insights

1. Crossing fingers that uninstalling and reinstalling will do the trick because I do love this app! This app made my travel in Switzerland so simple! I had a 2-week Swiss Rail Pass, so I wasn't using the ticket purchase feature of the app, but for routes and schedules it was perfect.

2. At 23:00 at night, the people who check the tickets should allow the passenger to pay on board the train given the fact that I was honest that the app wasnt working, showed it, and there was no chance of buying it before getting on the train because the app wasnt working and should instead be given that flexibility.Forget it if you are not Swiss.

3. I also wish that I could replace parts of an existing route in case I decide to change my destination midway, or if one of the changes gets cancelled. The app doesnt work on multiple devices.

4. Swiss rail travel seemed complicated, but this app makes it easy. The ticket I received by email had only the time of departure on it and not the name of the connection.

5. I understand that for most people that's better than 5mins to change but that's why I'd like to change it once or even be able to set my change duration for a train station.

6. You didn't change the design, just made it smaller... Also I'd love the possibility to change a recommended journey.

7. The confirmation code sent to my email didn't work at the first time (it said it was wrong even though I entered the right code).

8. I almost got a ticket and was lucky that the train conductor took the issue as a misunderstanding.

9. I regularly travel from Jona to Luzern and when I have to change in Zurich, I don't need 20mins to change.

10. Traveling Switzerland was a wonderful experience! The near-perfect train app, or at least the best I've come across.

11. This is based on experience using in Switzerland; perhaps the updates in other countries are different.
