NICE gomobile Customer Insights

1. It allows you to purchase bus tickets abead of time and rather then carrying change to get on the bus you just open the App and show Bus Driver your Phone!! Also gives you other Resources pertaining to your Trip..The Faqs Tab Said That Reduced Fare Settings Could Be Set From The Account Tab on the Home Page of The App, However There is No Account Tab There, or Anywhere Else Within The AppI bougth 20 ticket but I cannot even use it because the app won't let me sign in again if I change phone.Best online temp to hire app.

2. Also I've noticed some buses that arrived the vehicle tracker doesn't appear on the app which kind of defeat the purpose of having this feature.The app logged me out because I wasn't active for a while but ever since I logged back in, I can't seem to use my debit card anymore.

3. One suggestion would be to display the date and time bigger and more clearly on the activated ticket so that it is easy for the drivers to check it.There are scheduled buses that never show, and if they do they're late, so the estimated arrival time is always off.

4. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the issue that recently occurred where a few lines specifically the N6X is suddenly missing the real time vehicle tracker.

5. I live in an area where it's hard to get physical tickets/coins.This app is very inaccurate, im almost all the time late for work.

6. The buses never show up on time.

7. The only convenience is having the ticket electronically and seeing the 2hr transfer countdown.Works great.

8. Very inconvenientingThis app is only good for bus tickets and even at that the fare is too high I literally have to spend 100+ a month.

9. I've contacted my bank and they say it's not the card and that there is not even a record of an attempted payment from the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix NICE gomobile Issues

1. Fix NICE gomobile Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart NICE gomobile: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the NICE gomobile App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NICE gomobile" » Open NICE gomobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NICE gomobile » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear NICE gomobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NICE gomobile servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NICE gomobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check NICE gomobile app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NICE gomobile might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall NICE gomobile. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NICE gomobile then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NICE gomobile not working


2. Fix NICE gomobile Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NICE gomobile be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NICE gomobile not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NICE gomobile may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
