1. Your travelcards on your SwissPass are applied. • Travel particularly affordably with supersaver tickets or Saver Day Passes. • When purchasing tickets, your journey will be saved in the ‘Journeys’ tab. • Even if you don’t buy a ticket, you can save your journey manually in the timetable. • The app accompanies you from door to door as you travel and you will receive information about delays, disruption and interchange times via push notification. • Check in, get on and set off – across the entire GA Travelcard network. • EasyRide calculates the right ticket for your journey on the basis of the routes you travelled on and charges you the relevant amount subsequently. • Show your public transport travelcards digitally with SwissPass Mobile. • It also gives you an overview of your valid and expired tickets and travelcards on the SwissPass. • Straightforward access to your personal settings and our customer support.
2. We’ve kept the Preview app in grey to make it easier to distinguish. • Plan your journey with a simple timetable request via the touch timetable or use your current position as the origin or destination, locating it on the map. • Buy your ticket for the whole of Switzerland in just two clicks.
3. The basic functions for timetable enquiries – and for ticket purchases – for journeys anywhere in Switzerland are the same in SBB Preview as in SBB Mobile.
4. SBB Preview needs internet access for timetable informations and ticket purchase options.
5. To take photos straight in SBB Preview for the personalised touch timetable, the app needs access to the camera.
6. We are using SBB Preview to test new and innovative functions and features which we want to include in the SBB Mobile app in future.
7. For connections starting from a current location, the GPS function has to be activated so that SBB Preview can find the nearest stop.
8. SBB Preview requires read and write permissions to be able to import your desired connection into the calendar.
9. Important: SBB Preview is the preview version of the SBB Mobile app.
10. This also applies if you want to have the nearest stop displayed in the timetable.
11. You can save connections in your own calendar and send them by e-mail (to friends, an external calendar).
1. I wrote them and they said they are forbidden from selling 24h Zurich fares, and pointed to documentation for an app I hadn't heard of before, fairtiq, that indicates that, but it's not in the documentation for this app nor linked to.App is not working on Android 10 with Nokia 8.3. The "always" on for location permission is not available in the settings for this app?! Edit: I know that "when using" is sufficient, but the option "always on" is just not available for this app, it is working fine for others! Please allow an increase in the number of departure boards we can add.
2. * EasyRide doesn't allow to access the QR code for the prior rides, so accessing them in case the app suddenly shut down isn't an option, potentially leading to fines :(DO NOT USE EASYRIDE IN ZURICH The SBB preview app has "easy ride", a function that advertises itself as able to always optimize your fares when riding transit in Switzerland.
3. Or just make it sync with your swisspass accountAwesome developper team ! Thanks to you all :) Feature suggestion: having an option to keep a notification featuring current trip status (with timeline, delays, track numbers, share ETA...) that would be SO useful, and it'll make people save their trips instead of going back to look at the timetable to know what's up with their train.
4. Was excellent, now bad! The Nov 2020 update removed all my custom tiles with pictures in the touch timetable, and replaced them with tiles for other places!! And it doesn't seem possible to move or resize the tiles the app decided to put on that screen! And I guess there is no way to go back to the previous version, and no way to get my custom configuration back.works well.
5. Furthermore more the ' Halbtax' rail cards that give half price rail fare need to be available to everyone not just people living in Switzerland.
6. It cannot find the location a lot of times even when Google maps or similar apps show the location accurately. The app is OK but the whole SBB ticketing system needs to be overhauled.
7. Either by swisspass in a popup window that can be closed, or to "remember last journey" Saved connections are an improvement, but for me a Swisspass popup would still be the be the solution by far.
8. But I still miss the rather basic ability to remember my latest journey when I need to show my swisspass.
9. Bare in mind bare in mind that the Halbtax can also get you a concession on various Bahn, ski lift and other tourist attractions.
10. ♥️EasyRide is great, but: * Spends a lot of battery in the background, so keeping it active for the whole day isn't possible.
11. When you close it you return to were before.I would highly appreciate an option to backup and restore the Touch-Timetable between phones.
