1. Edit: I don't what they did but now for some reason the app does not store the routes that you had saved anymore and it takes 20 extra seconds to load up every time you going to the app which is very annoyingUpdate: just use Google maps... It's easier, more accurate, doesn't waste my battery, and did i mention it was usual right? Dear mystop mobile, " NOW " IS NOT AN ACCURATE MEASURE OF TIME.

2. Works better than the app and doesn't take up any space on my phone.It hasn't been updated in over two years which means it doesn't reflect bus route changes that have been made in the last year to routes in Athens Ga.

3. Some things that I think are good as they are: Color coding routes; Marking favorite routes; accurate schedule; easy to use the UI, eg.

4. The fact that I can't see the map or routes at all makes it super hard to know whether I'll get to class on time or not, especially since I'm currently injured.

5. Some drivers get to my stop 10 minutes early or late and it is very frustrating if a driver is super early and I don't know about it, making me late to work.

6. Some things I think could be improved: App will sometimes freeze, but not so much that it's unuseable; map lags if a lot of routes are highlighted; misspellings are in menus.

7. It used to work well, but now no busses are showing up on my routes real-time.

8. With no extra fanfare.Usually works, but this app is very annoying when it is off 2-7 minutes and I miss the bus because the app told me I had way more time than I actually did.

9. The only useful feature kept is the option to star a stop.subpar. this last update is junk.

10. It also lags frequently and doesn't always show when there are two busses running despite the fact that they are indeed running.

11. Seems to exist only to lull you into a false sense of security so that you miss your bus as often as possible, which is a big deal when there's only one every 30-45 minutes.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix myStop Issues

1. Fix myStop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart myStop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the myStop App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myStop" » Open myStop® Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myStop » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear myStop® Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myStop servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myStop® Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check myStop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myStop might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall myStop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myStop then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myStop not working


2. Fix myStop Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myStop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myStop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myStop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
