TiviMate IPTV Player Customer Insights

1. So far this IPTV app is amazing! I have been trying to purchase the premium version for 24 hours but keep receiving an error and the only support received addresses payment errors.

2. During my research I found out about the TiviMate Companion app so I gave that a try and HOLY SMOKE.....IT WORKS!!! Upgrading review to 4 stars only because the purchase function doesn't work inside the app as intended.This app has been amazing.

3. This app deserves 5 stars even AS IT IS, and I am excited for the future updates.Worked great for a long time but for about a month now it’s been terrible on both my firestick and nvidia.

4. They should have an alternate method of purchase....like on a website where you can log into your account!!!! Please fix (Error retrieving information from server DJ-DFERH-01) UPDATE: So apparently if you own an Nvidia Shield this is a common problem.

5. I'd love to see a DVR feature added in the future (with the ability to save shows across the network to a NAS or PC etc), and it would also be nice to be able to scroll horizontally to see shows coming up further down the timeline (especially if a DVR gets added).

6. After having tried most of the popular IPTV players out there, I have to say that this is by far the most elegant looking, feature rich and stable IPTV player I've come across (v2.1.5 on Nvidia Shield).

7. Also if you record a show and go to watch it, the picture would frezze up and the sound would continue.Absolutely the best IPTV playlist management app out there.

8. The record function only records for 4 mins OR if it records an entire show, the playback will skip, loop, or freeze.

9. It works flawlessly on my Nvidia Shield, but for some reason it's not working for my Firestick.

10. It is definitely tivimate.Update 6 June 2021: While watching TV, all of a sudden I lost ALL groups, favorites and everything!!! What is going on? I've never had a problem with this app until tonight...very disappointing.

11. Now that it's added the ability to edit channel names, that means many more hours of intense tweaking.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TiviMate IPTV Player Issues

1. Fix TiviMate IPTV Player Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TiviMate IPTV Player: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TiviMate IPTV Player App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TiviMate IPTV Player" » Open TiviMate IPTV Player » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TiviMate IPTV Player » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TiviMate IPTV Player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TiviMate IPTV Player servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TiviMate IPTV Player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TiviMate IPTV Player app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TiviMate IPTV Player might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TiviMate IPTV Player. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TiviMate IPTV Player then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TiviMate IPTV Player not working


2. Fix TiviMate IPTV Player Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TiviMate IPTV Player be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TiviMate IPTV Player not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TiviMate IPTV Player may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • hello I bought the tivimate iptv player application 1 week ago, I have an iptv subscription, I use codes that I entered in your stalker portal, at the time it works and after 2 or 3 days , your application erases for example the c and the / a at the end of my codes in the name tab of the playlist and therefore my iptv subscription no longer works.   • I'm at my wits end with the Tivimate companion app. I had subscribed for 1 year on December 3rd 2021 and had side loaded TiviMate on a USB drive connected to my Amazon firestick 4K. Everything was fine until something got corrupted on the USB drive and the Amazon Fire TV 4K would not load unless the USB was disconnected. So, I had to delete all partitions on the USB, re-partition but now I can't log into TiviMate premium services. It says ' no subscription ' on the TiviMate app on the Firestick and even if I try to repurchase an additional $7.99 annual subscription on the companion app, I get 'Previously purchased on another account' I tried creating 3 separate email accounts and it's the same message on each. What is going on?

  • I have Version 4.5.0 and also purchased the pro add on.
    I use an extreme code for my iptv service.
    Every 30 sec to 1 min the show freezes for a few seconds.
    I've removed an unused programs, cleared the cache on all, rebooted, still the same issue.
    I'm getting 250-300 mbps so that's not an issue.
    If I use smarters player I don't have any issues but I prefer the setup and layout of Tivimate.
    Please let me know if there is any type of fix for this problem

  • I have 2 ?s First is when I find a channel I want to do a custom recording on I cant change the date or time because when I use the arrow keys on my keyboard it changes on the channels and not what I have selected. For example if it is 9:38 am and I want to start a recording at 10:00 am Ill click the start time when it opens and i use the arrow keys to go from 9 to 10 it will either do nothing or change the channel but not the time, if i use the tab key on the keyboard it only changes the channel. I can use the mouse to change the time from 9 to 10 but it wont let me select 10 it just moves the time up and down and thats it. How do I fix this so I can record the shows I want. Next ? is how do I deactivate accounts I dont use I can have up to 5 and Im using 3 or 4 of them but thats because I had to reinstall the program so I am actually only using 1 of the 5 I need to remove the ones I dont need

  • I have a pro account active until September 2022 and have lost my pro features. It has worked fine since I signed up last year, but now has lost the ability to make favorites folder, select channels from the bottom list of icons (previously viewed channels), yet I still have the channel names, numbers, and channel information on the main EPG.
    I also have been using one device and would like to add a second device but it will not allow me to do this.
