1. I'm sure this app has a lot of cool marketing features from the presenter's point of view, but for vievers it's a one-star experience - at best.Same as most others- no wide-screen when rotating phone, so you can actually see what's on the screen; has a section on questions answered and unanswered, and moderator keeps saying, type a question in the question box, but there is not a question box anywhere to be seen! No control or settings for speed or closed captioning.

2. Every other app auto rotates when I turn my phone, but not this one.👎🏾Can't watch on chromebook and unable to go "full screen" on phone app making it hard to follow webinars with detailed slides.

3. For anyone who is considering creating a webinar investigate thoroughly the app you're going to post with before using this or any other webinar app ...this does not serve the end-users whatsoever!I opened the app, figuring that it would appear on my home screen, and it did not.

4. Webby needs to offer a decent Chrome Extension that formats the screen correctly such that the Webinars I am trying to watch show up correctly and accurately.Terrible app for all the reasons that others are also posting...no full screen, no rotate option.

5. It has a lot of problems that needs to be fixed before people can be able to use it, it's a inconvenience to me and other trying to use it.Not Compatible with my Acer Chromebook ;-( I tried everything I could think of, but it was still unusable for the screen formating that my Acer Chromebook uses.

6. I watched a recorded webinar, but the entire time a notification kept popping up saying that the app was not responding.

7. Then 15 minutes in, it crashed.Downloaded this app last minute as requested to watch a webinar.

8. Only a couple minutes in and the screen froze several different times making me miss a lot in the few short minutes I was on it.

9. I watched about 5 minutes of a 1 hour webinar, then gave up and uninstalled the app.

10. Luckily I didn't need the chat, because I couldn't even see the chat, let alone type anything without the window constantly popping up.No FULLSCREEN mode.

11. The biggest issue is the ability to view the webinar in Fullscreen mode.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Web Issues

1. Fix Web Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Web: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Web App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Web" » Open Webby App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Web » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Webby App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Web servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Webby App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Web app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Web might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Web. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Web then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Web not working


2. Fix Web Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Web be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Web not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Web may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
