I'm cautiously optimistic, but sticking with Diem.App difficult to work, alot of times it wont even open, wont log in, accept info needed to get everything set.. been trying to set up for days on 2 different phones and it's still a plm.. at first I was stuck on getting my pic added.. switched phones then I could log on, now I'm stuck on jobs I wanna see closed it and it never opened again🤦🏾 ♂️My updated review: The Diem app is operating better.

And I would hate to have to tell a client that I don't have the proper equipment for job or God forbib if I were running late and I couldn't give them a reasonable excuse other than the app not working.Dose not work propperly the jobs dissapear when i accept them and they want to do everything throught text.

3. Great idea, too bad the app isn't facilitating work.Good news! I was paid out 1 of my tips! Also, the app force closes alot but it is great to get shifts a few times a month and the photo attaching clip does not work.

4. I have messaged support to let them know their app does not allow Android users to accept jobs.

5. Frequent uninstall and reinstall required to just access the app!!! 3 out of 5 until improved & they pay out ALL tips.App crashes close to 100% of the time eventually.

6. Support has yet to respond even though they state response time is 2-3 days, which in my opinion is a very poor response time for its users.

7. Received 2 jobs max in all this time I've had it installed and the payout would have barely covered gas required to make the trip.

11. In a week I never saw a single available job; no idea if this was because there was no work, or because the app is broken.

1. Fix Diem Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Diem: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Diem App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Diem" » Open Diem - Get Paid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Diem » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Diem - Get Paid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Diem servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Diem - Get Paid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Diem app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Diem might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Diem. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Diem then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Diem not working

2. Fix Diem Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Diem be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Diem not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Diem may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
