1. (+ Upsell) Apart from that everything is perfect i suggest it to everyone!Initially, I installed GetResponse because their performance ( in comparison to competitors) isTop Notch! After having a look around it's plain to see that"GetResponse keeps it 100%, and do this 100% of the time! I have found a well of information (marketing strategies & tactics )that is Completely Relevant to what I'm doing! Just want to say thanks.... Oh! and keep it coming please:)You can't edit an email that you are reusing to send.

2. There are so many tools to use I'm still learning and I'm very impressed.Works very well! The web version and app version do amazing, and it's very well priced! It works great and has tons of customization options! There's so many cool things you can do with this app and I love it!The app is awesome for tracking stats, lists, graphs, etc.

3. The composer functionality however, which is a major part of getresponse and those who are constantly on the move could need in order to write something important but well designed on the go, still needs a lot of work in order to ressemble the desktop experience.

4. The reason i put 4 stars instead of 5 is because in the mobile version at the funnels section it doesnt display how many people entered the order form.. Also one thing to improve is to add more funnel templates.

5. It's a bit clunky to add/ exclude recipients.This is best for monitoring message performance, it has a nice swipe feature for checking message stats.

6. Composing messages is a serious weak point, limited font sizes, no obvious way to select a font, no test message feature.

7. If not for this, I would give it 5 stars without thinking it twiceI think it would be better if we could edit website from our smartphonesThe billing of Get Response is deceptive.

8. Great for on the the go monitoring but not for composing new messagesThis is an AMAZING app and service in general..Im very happy using it.

9. The edit section shows the previous email but the app doesn't let you edit anything.

10. It's better to reuse and edit emails from your desktop or laptop.

1. Fix GetResponse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GetResponse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GetResponse App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GetResponse" » Open GetResponse » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GetResponse » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GetResponse app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GetResponse servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GetResponse" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GetResponse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GetResponse might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GetResponse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GetResponse then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GetResponse not working

2. Fix GetResponse Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GetResponse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GetResponse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GetResponse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
