1. I still get zero vouchers or discounts but have had the smart shopper card for years.I put in my password, it logs me in, says there is information missing (card number), I enter card number with al numbers side by side as well as trying 4 numbera, space etc, and it states it ia unaware to authenticate me and access deniedSome issue with this app version.

2. Conclusion: An app is useless if you can't access it.Utterly the worst app ever !!!!! Tried signing up 6 times and at the very very end of the app where the user should create a password and confirm the password then it kicks me out and tells me to sign in ... when i try and sign in it tells me user not found ..... please fix ... no point in having a app thag does not work this is frustrating after the 6th attemptAbsolutely useless.

3. The call centre's don't even know to how to help you other than saying reinstall the app which doesn't work.Please bring back the barcode scanner! The app overall is slow and there is no point having a shopping app that simply takes you to the online shopping website..the whole point of having an app is so additional features can be added to it, making the exprience betterIt's sad to see that the app is giving the same problems in 2023 that it gave to people in 2020.

4. PnP has gone down the toilet badly in recent years, this is an exame of shoddy app development.It's says please enter you're user name and password, yet there is no place where I can enter username.

5. Asks for new password and confirmation of said password upon registration but when this is entered, it states that a username must be added... on a page with no field for a username.

6. Keeps requesting a username and password when setting up a password but doesn't progress to a page to fill in Usefname and password.

7. Keeps asking to conform username and password, but there IS NO field for a username.

8. Continued to reset password but it states "Failed to authorize.

9. And I'm stuck on the password page.

10. it just gets stuck on the set password step.

11. I'll just shop at Checkers, it's easier.Stuck on setup.
