PICKUP Customer Insights

1. The reason for not hiring enough drivers was the sole purpose to get Big Lot to eliminate these areas so thay could focus on just the big city's like Chicago, Detroit, Indy.I don't recomand for any drivers! this app is not working too much headache! And the lady Kory Hutchinson from their orientation soo a professional! because my phone get freze she hang up my zoom she telling me we gonna have another orientation but after that she send an email saying cause they don't need people in my area! soo disrespectful!! I don't recommend..!!Went through the process of applying to be a good guy several weeks ago.

2. This really feels like a scam.Pickup gave us weight limits for taking items upstairs & to contact support if items going upstairs exceeded those limits so they could discuss it w/the customer 1st & avoid any negative interaction b/t us & the them.

3. To help peopleThis company does not keep ther word on anything, I had a regional manger absolutely lie to me and several other drivers about micro areas that where waiting on Big Lots to ok, this was a flat out lie.

4. I have unistalled reinstalled and still same problem I cant get past the message that tells me I am not authorized, I have gone through the whole process of registering information with you and received emails sayind welcome.

5. It works well for what it is, but I wasn't clear on the distinction between the other logistic apps that you can see all loads in a region and can choose from.

6. Plenty of other apps that are much easier to use as a driver and a customer uship bunjii go share Dolly just to name a fewHorrible.

7. They have a group chat about deliveries and none of the employees have escalates my issue, gave me contact information or anything.

8. Pick Up isn't ready to roll uouI cant use the app, I have written to you asking for help explaining that there is a problem and have heard nothing.

9. When the items exceeded the limit, I was asked to explain it to the receipient because the "customer" was actually the 3rd party.

10. This company owes me for several deliveries and have not responded to me one time over these 3 weeks that I have been waiting.

11. I have made phone calls to PickUp and followed the telephone prompts only to have it hang up on me.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PICKUP Issues

1. Fix PICKUP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PICKUP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PICKUP App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PICKUP" » Open PICKUP: Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PICKUP » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PICKUP: Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PICKUP servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PICKUP: Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PICKUP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PICKUP might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PICKUP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PICKUP then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PICKUP not working


2. Fix PICKUP Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PICKUP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PICKUP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PICKUP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
