1. But it was not a good experience for me.1 star is far too much for this useless app! I placed a order yesterday and after waiting for 4hrs with no update or communication from these incompetent chnace-takers I open up the app to see if my order is still in progress only to find out that my order had been canceled as every single item I had in my cart was apparently sold out!?? WHY NOT STATE THAT THE ITEMS ARE SOLD OUT BEFORE HAND?! WHY TAKE MY MONEY THEN COME WITH EXCUSES!? Now I need to wait 12 working days for a refund!?!Shopper was helpful and thoughtful.
2. So all in all good experience except for that shock that payment did not go through when it actually did.When I was returned from the banking app to the Onecart app, there was a message error message telling me to contact the merchant.
3. Horrible call centre serviceGreat concept, I love being able to shop at multiple places and make set shopping lists, very convenient.
4. Don't waste your time or use OneCart, you will pay to wait and get angry and then have your money refunded which takes another 2-5days to be deposited back to you... NOT RECOMMENDED!! It's a pity, cause it seemed like they could do well with the stores they operate with.
5. The shoppers don't really have a sense of customer service and the delivery time is a bit too broad, I also think having a way to track deliveries would be better, like most delivery services.
6. I also had a horrible experience with a shopper who was rude, was late and I ended up having to get groceries the next day despite asking to just get a refund and leave it all together.
7. I was going to call later on about getting the refund first but then I got notified that the personal shopper was getting things ready.
