1. The will accept the order after payment confirmed and order number created then customer service will call to inform you that they have to cancel the order because of out of service area!! After receiving the payments!! The App should be more accurate regarding the serving areas.Best service excellent friendly ridersDon't waste your time !!!! Ordered a pickup from resturant.

2. (No code not that im ordering from them again)Good App, bad service ( Promising time been doubled and the driver was un-professional at all) simple order took two hours.

1. Fix Mashkor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mashkor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mashkor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mashkor" » Open Mashkor: On-demand delivery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mashkor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mashkor: On-demand delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mashkor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mashkor: On-demand delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mashkor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mashkor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mashkor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mashkor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mashkor not working

2. Fix Mashkor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mashkor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mashkor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mashkor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
