1. Poses challenge me and I feel great!I so far love this app it's good for beginners, however lately it has been crashing even a few seconds into the first exercise making it so I can't use it 😔 I'll keep it installed in case an update will fix it and if so I'll change my rating, because I do love it.
2. It helps to have some knowledge of yoga positions before using this app, but it has videos for all the moves if you don't.Hi, if possible please add static or dynamic position to each exercise (and one side or two sides) just by a brief explanation under the workout.
3. As a workaround, Make sure the music is turned on cause it stops (as I would expect) when the exercise routine is finishedThis is an excellent app.
4. It includes a meal plan , one ad at the beginning that's all and the workout time increases as you go on ... Best one I have ever tried oh yeah and they don't ask you to spend money it's freeI have just downloaded it, but I am unable to use it.
5. When I try to start exercise and the time to prepare passes and the actual exercise should start counting, the app closes without warning.
6. Plus I like that there is an audible conclusion (bell ring) at the end of each exercise, *except* for the last one in the series.
7. Thank you for your very good application 🌹🙏🏻If you truly are a beginner you should watch the videos first before starting the routine.
8. My only problem was that I was unable to hook into my Spotify, but the music on the app peaceful, so it is fine to listen to.I am 60 years old and haven't really excersized in 10 years.
9. But that's why I am using it!! Overall excellent free app.I enjoy using the app, but paid for the no ads yesterday, was notified of the premium membership right away, but today, still seeing ads.
10. also please add how to breathe in each exercise (inhale and exhale / by mouth or nose) to the app.
11. I've also noted that sometimes there is a move for one side but not the other (might be just happening with added warm ups).
