1. What a stupid thing I got myself into.If I could have received my full funds from the company who promotes this "Jelli" Bank Account/ Debit Card, I would have never initiated it, to begin with.
2. They have the nerve to charge a $2.99 monthly fee all of a sudden but yet cant respond to one of the 3 separate emails I have sent over the last 3 weeks, requesting a copy of my most recent statement... God forbid that this half-fast app would have an option to view your statements, like every other bank app ever does .App is garbage.
3. There needs to be a WEB ACCESS for non-app users!!!!!!!Today is October 12th, and the Jelli app has not been providing proper notifications for the last couple of days.
4. I've had this Jelli Card thing for less than 3 hours, and I already suspected garbage results.
5. So if you want to keep your money.... use another service, certainly not Jelli.
6. Keep reading belowGreat idea but so hard to just add money to the account unless you do direct deposit.
7. The Jelli card is a really nice way to bank.
8. Called the 1-800 number to check my balance, can't find my account.
9. Please add notifications that alert you for certain things (overdraft, transaction receipts, loads, etc).
10. I had to and the app sucks, you can't hit back at all otherwise it kicks you out and you have to sign back in, there's no way you can check the amount you have on the virtual card.
11. I'm going back to my old bank account.
