Zync Cloud Customer Insights

1. Judging by other reviews, it would seem it's a common problemI work for expd8 in ireland, great app & fast to sync too compared to my tablet.Crashes everytime a photo is taken, unable to take photo now.Really easy to use especially for multiple journeys at once.Galaxy S8 no problems.

2. Other than that, the earlier version works fine! - I wish I could still get v4.3 for the PC.Since latest Android update .it will no.longer take pictures .Useless. The developer needs to update this app and fix this bug urgently as most of my colleagues who have the latest Android update can no longer take photographs.

3. It keeps telling me the password is incorrect, despite letting me carry on using it when already signed in (the password is correct but I use 2 different accounts with 2 different companies and somewhere it seems to be getting mixed up with this), plus is stuck on 3/5 when syncing.

4. It has rendered all out work tablets useless !!! There is a lot of marketing agencies that use this app and pay for it! Please make it a priority to do something about itCrashes every time a photo is taken.

5. Version 4.3 works fine on the tablet and phone.

6. It still sends call data when it says it can't connect after being stuck on 3/5, but sometimes the wait can be long.

7. Unfortunately 4.9 doesn't work so well, which I have on the PC.

8. But on galaxy S20 inability to take photos.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Zync Cloud Issues

1. Fix Zync Cloud Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Zync Cloud: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Zync Cloud App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zync Cloud" » Open Zync Cloud » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zync Cloud » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Zync Cloud app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zync Cloud servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zync Cloud" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Zync Cloud app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zync Cloud might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Zync Cloud. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zync Cloud then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zync Cloud not working


2. Fix Zync Cloud Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zync Cloud be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zync Cloud not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zync Cloud may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
