1. when it finally shows the favorite button and i manage to choose some items, then when you need to sign in again.... you loose everything!! so disaponting! many items are shown as available in stock and you put them in your shopping bag are shown as out of stockThe app update is shambolic.

2. Would suggest to give this app a complete makeover, or lose customers.Very poor app.. I mean this is insanely bad for shop like Next, as soon as you check an item and you go back go, it resets everything.. you constantly have to pick and choose what you want to see after each item due to very poor website design.. its ridiculous..ended up shopping else were.

3. My tiny gripe is: If buying multiples of something & I try to add more, than are in stock; it removes *all* of the items, instead of asking if I'd like fewer, or suggesting combinations of other sizes/colours etc.

4. Please bring these useful features back again! The site overall is slow, but your account is much worse, when you press an option in my account it seems like it hasnt worked at first and then theres a very delayed reaction.

5. One of the most infuriating apps and websites I've ever used.The response makes zero sense and is unhelpful, its either there or not! PUT IT BACK! The like icon (heart) and folder is missing again! I had a lot saved in there to return to when the sizes came back in stock.

6. That option has disappeared and previously favourited items are nowhere to be seen.

7. It's annoying!The sale items you get 1 photo that's it and the filters are so few you have to scroll through 1000 items.

8. What kind of shopping app doesn't allow its users to place an order? Also the usual with the app - extremely slow.

9. Everything either doesn't work or takes 5 years to do something... Update: You haven't fixed the app or website at all... It's still slow and often just gets stuck trying to process something.

10. It's not a big problem & I'm never dettered.worst app ever! very slow, rarely shows the favorite button, never keeps you sign in.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Next Issues

1. Fix Next Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Next: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Next App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Next" » Open Next: Fashion & Homeware » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Next » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Next: Fashion & Homeware app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Next servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Next: Fashion & Homeware" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Next app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Next might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Next. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Next then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Next not working


2. Fix Next Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Next be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Next not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Next may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
